3. To decide that something is not a possibility

Example:
At this stage we cannot entirely exclude the possibility of staff cuts.

candidate

Someone or something that is likely to experience or get something.

Example:
The school is an obvious candidate for extra funding.


I think internship is not a good thing, because it is more like a probation period or training period for student or fresh man and some internship even can not access to work content. All in all, I think company should pay at least the minimum  wage to interns.
